The default account currency on PG333 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR unless a player elects to deposit via cryptocurrency, in which case the fiat-equivalent value at the time of deposit determines the account credit amount.
The Platform is accessible via standard web browsers on desktop and mobile devices without any mandatory application download. PG333 does not warrant that the Platform will function on all hardware or software configurations. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. PG333 does not facilitate withdrawals to third-party accounts.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the minimum amount is reached.
PG333 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow or FPX. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to prevailing network confirmation times. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.
Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. PG333 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of payment method, and source of funds documentation before releasing withdrawal amounts, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Withdrawing Real Money Balance before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in forfeiture of any associated Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings.
All promotional offers published on PG333 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings. Any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to placing low-risk combination bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or engaging in arbitrage betting — will have their bonus entitlements revoked and may have their account suspended.
Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. PG333 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where a system or human error has occurred.

Mix Parlay combinations are subject to minimum selection requirements and standard parlay rules. In the event one or more selections are voided, the parlay will be recalculated on the remaining valid selections at the applicable reduced odds.
Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time. PG333 accepts no responsibility for disruptions to live betting caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end. Bets accepted and confirmed prior to any connectivity interruption remain valid.
